Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your product and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
